Have the FIT reflex
Mandatory since 2013, the Fit Test, is an essential check for the user saftey of the breathing apparatus. It makes it possible to control the adaptation of the mask to the morphology of the operator and thus detecting possible leaks.
The Fit Test factor measures the ratio of the ambient air particle concentration to the particle concentration inside the mask.
Beyond the morphological adaptation, the Fit Test gives the opportunity to:
• check that users are able to correctly adjust their masks, for optimal protection
• make operators aware of the wearing of the mask
